Marcellus Eldredge: Catalyst for the Chatham We Know In-Person
Join Eldredge Library director Amy Andreasson and Chatham Railroad Museum co-director Gil Sparks to explore the life and legacy of one of Chatham’s most prosperous and benevolent native sons, Marcellus Eldredge (1838-1898), whose local investment and philanthropy catalysed the town’s transformation during the late 1800’s from fishing village to summer resort.
