Morocco: A Feast for the Senses and Soul

Morocco: A Feast for the Senses and Soul In-Person

Ready for an adventure that will transport you to a world like no other? Pauline Linnell will take you on a journey through the enchanting land of Morocco—a country bursting with vibrant colors, rich history, and a culture that will captivate your heart. Nestled at the crossroads of Africa and Europe, Morocco is a place where the air hums with the melody of Arabic, French, and Berber languages. Its traditions are alive in every bustling market, every spice-laden dish, and in the smiles of the warm-hearted people who call it home.

The food? Exquisite. The hospitality? Unmatched. And the scenery? Jaw-droppingly beautiful, from the golden sands of the Sahara to the bustling streets of ancient medinas. Yet, Morocco is more than just a destination—it’s a deep dive into a world that will open your eyes and soul. Sure, it is very different from life in the U.S., but that’s exactly what makes it so incredible.

Don’t just hear about Morocco—let’s make you want to see it for yourself!

Linnell, a world language teacher at Monomoy Regional High School in Harwich, had the honor of sharing this experience with a group of passionate educators from across North America and her daughter Stella. Her trip to Morocco in the summer of 2024 was made possible through the generous donation from the Westgate Teachers Fellowship Fund.
