Adult Craft Club - Seed Starting and Terracotta Pot Painting Party In-Person

Welcome to Adult Craft Club!

Adult Craft Club is a great way for adults to try new arts and crafts while easing stress and having fun - no experience necessary! Craft Club may feature open crafting, staff-led projects, or art-based programming. All crafts focus more on joy than the outcome, allowing all to tap into their creative freedom.

Monthly registration is required to secure your spot and space is limited. Registration cut is scheduled for 12 hours before the event time. If you are looking to sign up on the day of, please call during business hours prior to the event start time to inquire about availability for registration.

This month we will get our hands in the dirt and think Spring by starting seeds in egg cartons and painting terracotta pots. It may not feel like spring outside yet, but this month in Monday Craft Club we will be channeling those sunny days ahead and celebrating the Seed Library reopening here at Eldredge Public Library! Each participant will plant an egg carton with seeds and also paint a terracotta pot. The seeds in the carton will start to grow when kept on a sunny windowsill inside and you can then transplant a few of the seeds into the pot once it truly warms up outside! Come celebrate the season and give yourself the gift of something green to look forward to!

Thanks to the Friends of the Eldredge Public Library and to those who donate craft materials for making this programming possible!

Please note: This program is for ages 18 and older. Please visit our calendar of events or connect with our Youth Services department for more information on children’s programming.
